I did it to myself in a two screen environment and (spoiler alert!) 
Ctrl-Alt-UpArrow made them both right. Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

I DO NOT recommend doing so on a Multi-Screen system or Multi-Screen Windows 7, 
because at the moment, one screen is back to being right side up, but the other 
is still UPSIDE DOWN!
