Surely it *is* the output that's unblocked. Input to RECEIVE, which
evidently came from FTP PUT with unspecified means of allocation, is
(approximately) myuserid.XXXXX003.X000, and the unblocked output is
DBWORK.XXXXX003.I000 .

But maybe I'm confused.
