George, It helps to post your findings, messages, sections of syslog, etc... rather than saying "I checked that".
We do not know what you saw when you checked it. For example, MPF list. If you did a D MPF, could you post the section (it is alphabetic) surrounding where ARC messages would occur along with the top and bottom of the display.
