I would suggest that you add the following to a SITE command table:

BPXMTEXT  2  SELECT CMD(BPXMTEXT &ZPARM)

Then you can BP EF096058 from anywhere. Change the 2 to a higher number if you 
would have a conflict with using BP as  a command. 

Or type out the whole thing as BPXMTEXT EF096058. The beauty is being able to 
invoke it from anywhere.

I think in TSO/ISPF Option 6 you can enter BPXMTEXT EF096058
