Correct. That is my only opinion in that thread so far.

Why would authority be denied to do 'D T' or other display commands? Where I 
work, I have UACC=READ for all displays except for some RACF and TCP/IP + VTAM 
commands where sensitive info are shown. Of course, you need to have access to 
SYSLOG and SDSF slash command or similar command in other products.

I also believe if someone does not want you to do a simple 'D T', you probably 
would have been denied access to IPCS and all it goodies.

Indeed! TOD and other macros as used in Assembler and in LE functions.

Back to my question: Should access for sysprogs and operators to display 
commands be limited or not?
