I preface this by saying that I am not a networking expert, but maybe someone has seen a similar effect. We have recently moved some systems to a different data centre. At 23:02 (local time) OMPROUTE/OSPF report a loss of signal showing up as lack of response to HELLO messages. After 10 minutes service resumes. Points to something different at the new data centre.
