Peter's post is only partially correct. It is true that Perl and PHP have been moved to Rocket.
As Steve says, z/OS OpenSSH has not been removed from marketing, and it will be a base feature of z/OS starting in z/OS 2.2. Also, the Apache web server is still available from IBM.
