What dataspace does 01010039 translate to? You will need to dump that data space on the slip command (or a dump command, as the case may be), otherwise IPCS will tell you 'storage not available'. Using option 4 and ld in front of your dump, you can see which data spaces actually got dumped. There are always some (system) data spaces that get a snippet dumped (as relevant to the time of error). Be aware that the storage list command (you cited it correctly) does not address a data space using the alet, it uses the data space name.
