In my preliminary research that I started just now some of the SHARE
presentations have been valuable.
I'd love to make it out to a SHARE event one (or more?) time(s), but as a
European working for a small shop I challenge you to convince my boss to send
me out there.

SHARE typically schedules sessions on debugging with IPCS. These sessions are
consistently popular, including the recent conference in Orlando. They are
presented by IBM Level 2 folks who solve customer problems on a daily basis.
One implicit benefit of attending a SHARE session on *any* topic is that you
make contact with an 'IBM insider' who might be approached in the future for
guidance. As the commercial says, priceless.

If someone showed interest in becoming such a fabled magician, what direction
would you point said someone to?
