Ah, we don't use IGGCATxx. There is also the ancient SYSCATLG member of SYS1.NUCLEUS. I'm sure that LOADxx overrides SYSCATLG, but what about IGGCATxx? If these members specify different values for ALIASLEVEL, who wins the thumb wrestle?
