Have you looked through SYSLOG for any related messages? Have you done any displays for the device to see what is going on?
Find the first message for this device (go backwards from the time of the IEE529I) and see what occurred for device. Extract Logrec for device. Find the point in time when this occurred and then see if a hardware CE was on site working on something.
