I finally got it all working. I kept trying to find the JCL to start up a new STC for BMC AutoOps. Turns out, I could just put the PRODUCT=AAO in the same start up member as CICS/Manager and run them both in one STC. Then I needed to put in TARGET= entries in the BBIJNT00 for the MVS systems.
Thanks for the thoughts and help. I really appreciate it. I guess my problem was a sort of resentful (due to the possibility of getting rid of CA-OPS) sort of "mental block" that needed freeing. Now I have many days of reading the entire 3 books on AutoOPS rules. Pass the NoDoze and set up the caffeine drip.
