Apologies, the "FRR=YES" was copied from the Auth Asm Services Guide description of the reg contents at SRB entry and refers to the keyword on SCHEDULE.
The appropriate keyword on IEAMSCHD is "FRRADDR=" with a value that is not "NOFRR" As stated before, you do not have to code anything, the system will prime R2 for your SRB to use on entry.
