I hate comments - they're only for lame newbies and are not needed because they
make debugging too easy [1] ... ;-D
Ok, joking aside, that suggestion is a very good and valuable one. I also used
that comment technique for many things, like layout of PARM fields, PICTURE
fields (COBOL), arguments passed and received, layout of MASKs like above and
so on.
I really would like to recommend Robert's suggestion.
