​What kind of "address"? Are you speaking about Geolocation of an IP
address? I don't think that there is any IBM supplied to get this latter.
However, you _might_ be able to use something like Google's geolocation
service (
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/business/geolocation/)
with code that _you_ write.

Personally, I think this is a bit simplistic. Especially for people, like
myself, who sometimes use a TOR router to anonymize their location.
