What about TIVOUTCT and TIVINCT in SMF type 34? This is quantity of lines, not
bytes, of TPUTs/TGETs. ('number of TPUTs issued')
I am not sure whether transmission control characters are included or not.
I also see SMF32TPT, but this probably not what you want.
