That would be ANSI Cobol 545 Lvl2 as there does not appear to to be Cobol F or E and all compilers actually came from MVT.

In any event the Ansi compiler does not work if using XREF so I have been forced to rebuild a cobxref program just for the ANSI Cobol standards that covers the problem.
