ASG has filed for a "pre-pack" bankruptcy. That means that they have already agreed with their creditors what the outcome will be, and they have agreed that Chapter 11 is the easiest way to get there. There will be zero financial effect on customers, employees or ordinary creditors. The lenders are essentially trading debt for stock.
