Probably yes, but you should try to find your local procedures. 
I assume the definitions will also be saved in a dataset, for backup purposes, 
or for transporting it to other sysplexes.
Or maybe the dataset is the source of the Service Definition, which you modify, 
save again and then Install and Activate.

So , to summarize

a) I need to start with option 2 - extract definition from WLm couple
dataset

b) make the changes (adding the scheduling environment)

c) Install the service definition from utilities menu bar ans specify
"overwrite existing service definition"

d) Activate the policy


Am i missing anything ?
