Come to Poland, I'll teach her here ;-)

More seriously: usually I had to travel in the opposite direction, for example 
to San Francisco (27 hours from home to hotel!) just to take a class.
However even in US there are so few classes about mainframe, the market of 
mainframe learning seems to be declining.
Solution? I don't know any, maybe except internal learning.
