Your C++ service routines will use XPLINK-64 for program linkage. IIRC, that 
means that they must run in a different enclave. Because of the requirement to 
switch to XPLINK, the cost of calling your service routines will be rather high.

And XPLINK programs don't play nicely with non-XPLINK. Nor do XPLINK programs 
play nicely with XPLINK-64.
