ARCHPRNT is a canned PROC provided by the vendor. On a side note, ARCHPRNT is also the program name. I no longer work for a company that uses InfoPac/VDR, but do have an Exec or two that uses Address "ATTACH" "ARCHPRNT" to support this. Executing an ISPF SRCHFOR ARCHPRNT against either the "system" PROCLIBS or vendor datasets should find the program - regardless of PROC name.
