Your refrigerator is quite a bit bigger than mine. I've seen that description 
for years but it is not accurate.

A zBC12 has a 30 inch by 50 inch footprint.
A water cooled zEC12 is 61.7 x 72.7 inches.
If you want a model with  built in radiators, it is bigger, 73.6 x 72.1 inches.
