The PROFILE you are looking for is the TSO PROF command. Anything you use for TSO can turn this on or off. The easiest thing is to just make it part of the job.
In the SYSTSIN DD * section, add this //SYSTSIN DD * PROF MSGID WTPMSG FCQUERY .... Hope this helps.
