According to some component information, abend 077 reason xxxx0A4A is "MCSOPMSG GetMsg Failed'
I will pass along the lack of documentation to the team for their action. It might be that this is one of the many reason codes for which the action is to contact IBM service, if it is not something caused by an exploiter. The console's processing, for OPERLOG, issues MCSOPMSG REQUEST=GETMSG and got back a return code other than 0, 4, 8, X'C'. That's about all that I can tell at a glance. It's possible that (and would be nice if) the return code in question is provided in a register at the time of the abend.
