We have sys1.sceelked in linklist. But I feel we should use below parm to
restore from backup, but not sure.
RESTORE INDDNAME(TAPE) OUTDDNAME(DASD1) -
DATASET(INCLUDE(**)) TOL(ENQF) WAIT(0,0)
