This may be one of those cases you need to open an ETR/SR with IBM. I was not able to find anything about it either.
Do you have an IGGPRE00 exit? Have you checked that code for the BB7 abned? If there is a dump summary, could you post that? Maybe the BB7 code is coming out of a branch or storage location.
