Maybe now is a good time for a reminder that you can find out about all the z/OS V2.1 new functions from two good locations:
1) The z/OS V2.1 Introduction and Release Guide (http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/e0z3a100.pdf): very short descriptions, by element, of what is in V2.1. There are pointers to where you can find more out about the enhancements across the normal library. This is a great place to get a "whole release" view. 2) The IBM Education Assistance for z/OS V2.1 (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks.nsf/pages/IBMIEAV21): individual modules of learning for a specific enhancement, separated by benefit and then by element. These modules provide "cross book" information.
