Not even close; I'm contending that because the majority of web sites
suck, the poor design is no proof of a desire to exclude outsiders.

I'm trying to say that extraordinary claims require extraordinary
proofs. Sometimes a bad web site is only a bad web site, not proof of
a conspiracy.
