Looking through the panel library for TASID, there appears to be a
"General TASID Settings" panel (ASIDSETT) which looks like it may
contain settings for the Primary and Secondary space allocations.  They
are right next to a field to specify SNAPDSN, so it would at least seem
reasonable these are space attributes for the SNAPDSN.  I haven't made
enough of an analysis to determine how to reach the ASIDSETT panel, but
it looks like the intent is that the TASID ISPF dialog itself provides
some way to customize the SNAPDSN space parameters.
