Making a positional parameter follow a keyword doesn't make much sense to me. For further help, I think you'll need to supply: 1) the intended syntax of your command; 2) the parameters passed to IKJPARS (the IKJPARM macro and all the following IKJ* macros through to the IKJENDP macro); 3) what you entered on your TSO session to cause the error message.
