Correct. Your options depend on which JES you're running and what your
installation allows. IMHO it's best to only allow selected commands
via the TSO CONSOLE command.

I'm not surprised; I've never gotten good results from google. Start
with the JCL reference, then the CONSOLE command in z/OS TSO/E System
Programming Command Reference, SA22-7793-04.
