That is incorrect.

The correct values are :

0 = Primary
1 = Secondary
2 = Home

You can verify this in the "MVS Extended Addressability Guide" - there is a 
section called "Special ALET Values"

Ah. So http://www.longpelaexpertise.com/ezine/CrossMemoryBeginners.php says:
You don't have to use the ALESERV to get the ALET. There are three special 
ALETs:

    0 = Home Address Space
    1 = Primary Address Space
    2 = Secondary Address Space

...and that's wrong? It's been one of my main references!
