I'm pretty sure that REFRPROT has been around since z/OS R1.9. That's
when the commentary for the CDEPROTP flag was changed to make
reference to REFRPROT. (The commentary for CDEPROTP in the R1.9
version of the CDE mapping macro does not mention REFRPROT.)
