Just curious:

Lately, doing an SMP/E test receive, I got messages such as:
GIM35401I SMPTLIB hlq.fmid.F1 WAS DELETED AND UNCATALOGED FROM VOLUME ...
GIM35201I SMPTLIB hlq.fmid.F1 WAS ALLOCATED AND CATALOGED ON VOLUME ...

But I pretty clearly remember on other occasions getting messages to
the effect that SMP/E was reusing an existing SMPTLIB, perhaps
GIM35202I SMP/E USED SMPTLIB smptlib, WHICH ALREADY EXISTS ON VOLUME volser.

What makes the difference? Or is my memory flawed? In this case, I was
receiving an
old FMID with a new REWORK date.

(Actually, I prefer the GIM35401I behavior. It prevents out-of-space
conditions.)

Thanks,
gil
