Spontaneously I would suspect a bad coded ISPF panel (the one the "START" I left/reoccurring on). This is a thought that I had too, but it happens on any panel. I doubt all of the panels have been adversely changed.
and review these: COMMAND_LINE_PLACEMENT RESET_COMMAND_LINE_PLACEMENT Not sure I understand what this has to do with my problem. Its not where the command line is, but that the command line does not get cleared.
