I read:
    ...
The following items should be noted when using the concatenate function:

    If the data sets have different block sizes, you must specify the data set 
with the largest block size first.  ...

Didn't they remove that restriction last year?
    ...
    The system ignores all operands except for DATASET/DSNAME, FILE/DDNAME, and
    status operands. The following DCB attribute operands are allowed when 
concatenating
    data sets:

    BLKSIZE   INPUT     EROPT     BUFOFF   USING
    BUFL      OUTPUT    BFTEK     DEN
    BUFNO     BFALN     DIAGNS    TRTCH
    NCP       OPTCD     LIMCT     KEYLEN

So, those 17 DCB operands are allowed, but ignored, right?
