AFAIK, for CP/M operating system the binary code for Z80 machines was
created ...on MVS.
For (very rare nowadays) new z/OS customers there is special version of
driving system called COD (Customized Offering Driver), but the COD need
to be installed also. How the COD is installed? Well, it's also
possible, using standalone (bootable) utilities.
