If this is indeed what the OP is referring to, then there are some samples in SYS1.SAMPLIB and SYS1.SBLSCLI0. Take a look at SYS1.SAMPLIB(IWMINSTL) which invokes IWMARIDU. I've used it in a Disaster Recovery situation in the past.
