Please do the following
1) Identify the Data Class that this data set will be assigned - Use TEST
function in ISMF.
2) Check that Data Class for the Extended attribute in the panel.
If that matches, then the RC48-80
Explanation: Define data set with extended format information is not
valid for a non-SMS data set.
Is valid for your file.
You may need to assign this file to a different Data Class that does not
contain the EXTENDED FORMAT flag. Or let the file be an SMS managed file.
