Let me rephrase,
When performing the initial configuration of an OSA Express 5s OSE PCHID
on an EC12 using the HMC version of OSA/SF to IMPORT your hand tailored
80 byte <OSE_PORTn> and <OAT_TABLE>,
? during the VALIDATE "Have you received error 3001"?
