Going off on a tangent any one who ever coded up a 3270 screen using the 3270 attributes etc. will have probably coded many TAB characters. Bing well over40 years since I last codes a 3270 screen have forgotten the varios attribute characters but if you can finf the 3270 datastrean reference book thwn all would be revealed.
