Hello, In your ISGENQ, you requested that you wish to be told the availability of a resource via TEST=YES. As a result, ISGENQ returned an indication that the resource is not available, but currently held by another work unit. You may need to retry your request later. If the resource was available you may get Rsncode xxxx040D provided that your Qname is not authorized. That would indicate your resource is available in this case.
However as an authorized program you might consider switching to an authorized Qname (any Qname that starts with SYSZ) to protect your resource from unauthorized programs being able to obtain it.
