Indeed. ;-) But I believe she and her team were perhaps the first to use the 
terms 'bug' and 'debugging'.

In her machine's log book, I quote:

1100 Started Cosine Tape (Sine check)
1525 Started Multi Adder Test.
1545 [ moth taped on paper ] Relay *70 Panel F. (moth) in relay. First actual 
case of bug being found."

In Year 1945, they were working on a Mark II machine. Machine failed, and it 
appeared a moth flew on a relay and getting beaten to death. They removed it 
with a tweezer and used scotch tape to put it on the log book.
