The DJC definition gives prerequisites relations among the jobs; the
jobs can run in parallel only to the extent that the defined
dependencies are satisfied. Were you to define a net with no
dependencies, then all of the jobs could run in parallel, resources
permitting, but I can't imagine why you would bother with DJC in that
case.
