I enter Preferred time server and check of the only allow the server specificied above to be in the CTN. Would I have to select the initialize time and if so what will this task do. Any insight is appreciated. Also what would the force configuration da as well. Thanks Ben" Going under the assumption you are setting an STP only CTN the answer is Yes. You will need to Initialize Time. This will allow you to set the Leap seconds, Time Zone offset, Date and time. Most likely your Leap seconds will be "0" For Time Zone Offset you should select "Automatically Adjust" For Set Date/Time select "Use the configured External Time Source to ..." I assume you already have an ETS setup. The last thing you do is assign CTN roles. You will use Force Configuration if this is a new STP setup.
