They were rugged. We had an MFCM that bailed about 90 cards in the middle of
card oriented registration(circa 1968). The CE(did his own car mods and
maint) rolled it out in the hall and fired up a propane torch to clear the
jam. Did alignment checks and rolled it back in to complete registration.
(CE went home to put a Holley double pumper on his S-10)!
