Sure,  We replace them all the time when their clients get tired of the 
expertise level they tend to provide.  They are a good place to get discount 
hardware, but they are not a systems programming consulting house so they seem 
to bring people on when a client asks them to.  There are several other places 
like them, when they are not that good, they tend  to give good systems 
programmer consultants a bad rep.  The main problem is that they are more 
interested in the profit instead of giving the client a good systems 
programmer.  That said, they can sometimes get lucky, but I have never heard of 
a site that was satisfied.  Of course, that could be because they call us when 
they are frustrated with the people they were provided.
