Scot, So what you are saying is that BCPII do use SNMP as an internal protocol, but don't use the IP STACK to communicate with the SE & HMC? It is my understanding that BCPII uses SNMP V1 to internally communicate with the support Element/HMC. Please clarify the Protocol itself, not the wires used for transport.
