Yes, it's definitely a positive move for the U.S. side, but it doesn’t address
a broader issue I’ve observed: many American companies seem to prefer hiring
Canadian candidates, largely due to the currency differential. That cost
savings can be substantial when you factor in the exchange rate. Just my
personal observation, of course—but it raises a question: how many American
candidates has your company actually hired in the past six months?
